About the Position

You will act as the first point of contact for all patrons entering our facilities. The team is passionate about creating a fun and friendly atmosphere and building genuine relationships with our members, guests and each other. We work with confidence to achieve positive customer experiences, strive to individualise each interaction and make decisions to ensure positive customer experiences.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in providing high quality customer service in a high traffic facility
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and industry Point of Sale Software
  • Passion for health and fitness, assisting people by providing them with information about our programs and services
  • Well developed communications skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with a diverse range of people
  • Experience working in a reception/retail environment and experience in sales and handling cash
  • The ability to work a variety of day, night and weekend shifts across our three facilities in Glen Waverley, Oakleigh and Clayton is required

Requirements

  • Right to Work in Australia
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Safeguarding Children Certificate
  • Employee Working with Children’s Check
  • Satisfactory National Police Check
  • Other pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements
