About the Position

We are seeking an inspiring leader with a strong focus on urban forest strengthening. You will be passionate about the industry and have the ability to motivate a skillful team of arborists to achieve organisational goals and objectives.

In addition to leading a team of Arborists you will be the first point of contact for Councils' tree maintenance contractors. You will be responsible to ensure contractors are delivering works on time and on budget.

Skills and Experience

• You are a proactive and inspiring leader who cultivates the commitment of team members and stakeholders to achieve our organisational goals and objectives.
• You will use you experience supervising staff, contractors, to deliver programs that improve the urban forest within the Monash municipality and region.
• You are passionate about the Arboriculture industry and ensure best practices are being adhered to.
• You have a customer centric focus that will assist in improving community satisfaction to tree matters.
• You have a sound understanding of Australian standards and Electricity Safe Victoria regulations.
